White cannellini beans. Cannelini beans are kidney-shaped and are creamy white in colour. When cooked, they have a fluffy texture and a slightly nutty, mild flavour. Use in soups, stews and casseroles. Cooks to a soft, creamy nutty flavour. High in protein and fibre. Contains Iron, Magnesium and Folate. Cooks in 1½/2 hours (20/30 minutes in a pressure cooker).
