Base for Hungarian goulash - 50g
Cooking Instructions
1) Roast 500g of cube-sliced unsalted beef or chicken in a pan.
2) Sprinkle the powder over the meat and stir thoroughly. Add 500-600ml warmish water.
3) Cook slowly under the lid, stirring occasionally, until tender. (45-55 minutes).
COMPOSITION
wheat flour, dried onion cut 8.9%, dried soy hydrolysate, dried red pepper cut 8.5%, dried vegetables (minced onion, granulated garlic), ground pepper 7.9% (sweet pepper, hot pepper), flavorings (contain soy, gluten, eggs, milk, celery), dried tomato puree, animal fat, wheat starch, salt, thickener xanthan gum, dried green pepper cut 1.3%, colors (paprika extract, ammonia caramel), ground cumin, extracts (garlic, cumin, pepper).
