The package contains:
400 g of mix for preparing potato dough
To this you add:
only 400 ml cold water
Preparation instructions
Mix the box content with 400 ml of cold water, make a dough and let sit for 2 minutes.
Use the dough to prepare potato dumplings, lumps, plum jam pockets or fruit dumplings.
Fruit dumplings:
prepare the dough according to instructions and roll it out into a sheet.
Cut the sheet into squares, into which you then carefully wrap fruit of your choice.
Boil the fruit dumplings in water for 5–7 minutes.
Potato dumplings:
boil for 15–20 minutes according to size.

... add 10 – 30 g of caramelised onion without oil to the dough, serve with a side of cabbage
