A blend of spices specifically designed to prepare Chinese dishes. Ginger, cayenne pepper, maracuja and garlic will give the food a gentle spicy, and a typical spice and aroma for the Oriental cuisine. The mixture is suitable not only for tasting meat mixtures, but also for preparing fried vegetables or noodles.
Ingredients: edible salt (max. 44%), potato starch, powdered ground garlic, dried maracuja ground, sugar, ground ginger, chilli powder, anti-caking agent (E341), dried parsley.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard, celery, milk.
