Follow the manufacturer's instructions for setting up your baking program. Add the ingredients to the baking mold in the order indicated in the recipe. After about 5 minutes, after the first kneading phase has passed, check if the dough is not too thin. If so, add some flour to get the right consistency. If the dough is too stiff, add a little water over the spoons. For a recipe for basic bread, you can replace some of the flour with rye dark bread flour.
