We will send you an e-mail, once your goods have been shipped, including tracking number, if applicable, with a probable arrival day. Make sure you check your emails daily for an update until your order is delivered.
** Important - Since we use couriers, please provide us with a delivery address where there is definitely somebody available to receive the parcel. The couriers will only confirm the probable delivery day, unfortunately not a delivery time. Always consider your place of work, a neighbour or a friend as alternative shipping address. Should something come up last minute and you need to change delivery day or delivery address please contact us immediately and, provided the parcel has not already left us, we will change it. Once a parcel has left our premises, we cannot change delivery address, date or time.
Deliveries are between 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and will typically be within 4 - 7 working days from receipt of order. Always include the correct delivery address and post code, otherwise the delivery cannot be made and will incur a surcharge to re-deliver to correct address. Make sure to update your account details and review this details before finalising your order.
It is a popular misconception to assume that the courier driver will leave a card if they have tried to deliver a parcel and there was no answer. They will not leave a card if they are going to make another delivery attempt the next working day! They will only leave their card, if they are not going to make another delivery attempt and are awaiting your instructions or to inform you that your parcel can be collected from your depot.
We reserve the right to use the most appropriate mode of delivery, however, if fresh and/or frozen products are ordered, we will always use an overnight carrier. Though we always aim to have parcel delivered overnight, circumstances beyond our control may mean a parcel may take more than one day to reach the customer. We will always pack a parcel in such a way that products will reach you in perfect condition even if the aimed travelling time is occasionally exceeded. Once your order has left our premises, we cannot cancel your order and refunds will not be made.
Finally, a note on packaging materials: we take recycling serious and, though we will use recycled packing materials, we will always use clean newsprints or brown paper to cover fresh/frozen food products. For the outer packaging we use a variety of recycled materials. These conditions regarding the shipping of our products might change. Please check regularly.
