Poppy seed cake
Mix for preparing a poppy seed cake, only add milk, oil and 3 eggs. The baked poppy seed cake can be decorated with a lemon glaze or jam. You can also add 2 tablespoons of plum jam, a little rum and 100 g of quark into the batter and bake it in a Bundt pan.
The package contains: 500 g of mix
To this you add: 3 eggs, 100 ml oil, 150 ml milk or water
Beat the mix, 3 eggs, 100 ml of oil, 150 ml of milk or water for 3–4 minutes to make a smooth batter.
Spread the batter evenly into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes.
You can decorate the poppy seed cake with white or lemon icing, or smear it with jam.Enjoy your cake!
