Base for Hungarian goulash - 50g
1) Roast 500g of cube-sliced unsalted beef or chicken in a pan.
2) Sprinkle the powder over the meat and stir thoroughly. Add 500-600ml warmish water.
3) Cook slowly under the lid, stirring occasionally, until tender. (45-55 minutes).
