Soya slices - 90g
Basic Recipe – Ingredients :
1 pack soya slices, 1.5l water, 1 cube vegetable stock, 1 tbls soya sauce, 1 tbls “Vegeta” seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Soak soya slices into flavoured boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Squeeze the rest of water out of slices and serve immediately.
Filled soya slices – Ingredients :
Filling : oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 50g broccoli, 100g cream cheese, salt. Cheese Sauce : 0.5l milk, 150g cream cheese, fine flour, 3 cloves of garlic, salt.
Fry 2 cloves of mashed garlic and add cream cheese. Let cheese melt and add finely sliced broccoli. Add 2 cloves of mashed garlic mixed with salt. Allow to cool down. Cut out a hole into a soya slice (prepared according to basic recipe) and fill it with the filling. Close with toothpicks, sprinkle with “Solamyl” and soya sauce and fry until golden brown. Serve with cream cheese sauce (melt cream cheese in 0.4l of milk. Add 0.1l of cold milk mixed with fine flour. Add mashed garlic and salt) and baked potatoes.
