Potato Gnocchi Flour Mix


Easy and fast preparation of the traditional Slovakian dish. Mix the cooked halusky with caramelised onion and bacon, Bryndza cheese or sauerkraut. You can also serve halusky sprinkled with cocoa, sugar, cinnamon or grated chocolate and drizzled with melted butter.

The package contains:

460 g of mix for preparing halusky

To this you add:

only 450 ml cold water

Preparation instructions

Mix the bag content with 450 ml of cool water and stir briefly.

Press the dough through a halusky maker into boiling salted water. Stir and cook briefly (1–2 minutes). You can also cut the dough using two spoons. Boil larger halusky for 3–5 minutes.

Drain the halusky and mix them with vegetable oil (fried bacon) and cheese, sauerkraut or sour cream.

We recommend mixing a cheese mixture of 100 g of Edam and 50 g of blue cheese into hot halusky with bacon.
