0.1 to 0.4 liter (1/2 to 2 glasses of Biliner Naturally Carbonated Water) in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bedtime. Using 0.2 to 0.5 liters during or after meal is a beneficial effect on digestion.

Collecting Biliner Natural Water
Biliner Naturally Carbonated Water is collected from the BJ & Bílina source – a 190.8m deep borehole. It is further pressurized by underground piping and accumulated at a constant temperature in the reservoirs. From these tanks, it is packed in the modern underground bottling plant. This gentle process allows it to maintain the original amount of finely dissolved carbon dioxide that is essential for delicious flavour.
